Stanford RNA 3D Folding

A Kaggle notebook competition hosted by Stanford School of Medicine & HHMI Janelia — predict the 3D structure of RNA molecules given only their sequence, scored by TM-score (best-of-5 submitted structures per target). Structural biology sits close to my physics background: same instinct for physical constraints, just applied to a learned model instead of a closed-form solution.
